Haguruma, Amber Incence
Haguruma is a Japanese company specializing in the design and production of premium paper goods, with a focus on high-end printing and finishing techniques. While working as an in-house designer, I created the packaging for a slender incense box using a sleeve-style structure that opens with a lateral sliding motion. Both the top and bottom parts of the box were intricately finished to create a sense of depth and dimensionality. The packaging uses embossed paper with a natural wood grain texture (“Style Wood”), enhancing the elegant feel of the design. Gold ink and foil stamping were applied to highlight the refined details and create a luxurious yet organic atmosphere. ____
